Can I use the word "spike" in swell without you getting excited?

Little bits of bumps have started forming in the ocean and what was super small yesterday is now only small. Swell has picked up marginally with some waist high waves coming through.

Definetly not big, but if you got a longboard you've got a wave. Wind is still offshore, but watch that one as it will have a southerly kick to it by mid morning. If you're super keen for a wave head out, but make sure you head to Trigg or Scabs, the other beaches are flat.

Sat 29th

Today is crapola! Strong southerlies and reduced swell size. Inji carpark is the pick but the taj small fries comp is on there today, last day though. Possibly could get a few at South Point but other than that, not so good. Cheers. Hitchy
